New signs installed

Two new Welcome to Whatton-in-the-Vale€™ signs have been installed at two entrances to the parish. One on the slip-road from the A52 and the second on Dark Lane. The two signs were funded by Nottinghamshire County Council’s Local Improvement Scheme. Verge to be cleared

The undergrowth on the verge on the south of the Old Grantham road is to be cleared. The undergrowth and brambles are starting to ‘take-over’ the verge and the parish council’s contractors will be working on clearing the verge over the next few weeks.
